How Aragive works
As a Donor
1. If you intend to donate, click on the 'Donate a Package' button and you will get directed to the “Add a Package” page where you will be requested to fill the items or/and cash you would like to donate.
2. At this point anyone browsing through the Home page should be able to see your package and request it.
As a Reciever
1. The list of published packages can be found on the Home page. If you find a package you are in need of, click on the ‘Request’ icon at the bottom right of the package details and the donor of the package will be alerted.
2. If the donor accepts your ‘Request’ then you will get a message notifying you of this and you should now be able to exchange messages with the donor in order to arrange a pick-up location for the package.
3. There can only be exchange of messages between a donor and recipient once the donor approves or accepts the recipient’s Request.

Requesting Packages
You may request any package you are interested in.
You will need to make sure the location on the package is within a reasonable distance from you. When a package is requested, the owner of the package is notified and they are required to either Accept or Reject the request.
You can only request a maximum of 5 packages at a time. To request any other package after having requested the maximum 5, you will need to undo any of the existing requested packages. Your amount of requests is also reset if a requested package is deleted by the owner or donor.
Request Notifications
Package donors or owners receive request notifications when any of their packages are requested.
These notifications can be viewed when they click on the 'Notifications' link. Notification emails are also recieved by the package donors/owners.
Message
Messages are first recieved by the interested recipients when a package they have requested has been accepted by the owner/donor. Recipients can then visit their Message page and chat with the donors in order to arrange a convenient time and location for both parties for the pick up of the package.
Safety Precautions:
It is your responsibility to make sure that any pick up location agreed on is somewhere safe and conducive for your safetyand wellbeing
